1. I need to change or update my order after it is placed. How can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please Contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 2-4 hours, and once we shipped your order, we will be unable to make any changes. You can check your Order History here.  

2. The product I love is Out Of Stock! What can I do? 

New and popular items can sell out quickly, but we may get more soon!

To sign up to be notified if an item is restocked:

  1. Go to the product details page.
  2. Click on "Notify Me When Available" button.
  3. Click again on "Notify Me" button from the confirmation popup message.
  4. You will receive an email as soon as that product is restocked again.

3. An item is missing or damaged when I received it. What should I do? 

We are sorry for any inconvenience. Please Contact us immediately and we will make every effort to fix it.

4. How do I return the items? 

From your Order History page, you can click on "Return Items" button and follow the instructions to initiate the return. If you do not see "Return Items" button, then it might be outside of our 15 day return window. Please check out our Return Policy. 

5. How much shipping and handling cost?  

The shipping cost depends on the item size and weight. In most cases (smaller orders), shipping will only be $3 - $10 for Standard Domestic Mail Service. If you need your items faster we offer Second Day Service for additonal cost. Please keep in mind that some shipping providers like UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

6. Do you ship to my country?  

We ship ONLY within USA at this time.
